I had to rebuild.
I grew up in sports: gymnastics, soccer, basketball, and eventually Division I diving at New Mexico State. Movement was part of who I was.
Three back fractures led to four back surgeries, long recoveries, and learning how to trust my body again. I know the frustration of wanting to train while wondering what your body can handle.
Recovery changed more than my training. I had to rethink who I was without diving and learn to rebuild with patience, structure, and a plan that adapted with me.
I was studying Animal Science when my own recovery changed my direction. I still love animals, but I wanted to help people work through the uncertainty I'd experienced.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University and my Master's in Strength and Human Performance to better understand both treating pain and rebuilding the ability to move, train, and compete.
I still train and lift. Some days require adjustments, but I've learned to understand and work with my body. That perspective stays with me in the treatment room.
I chose this profession because I know what it takes to rebuild. Now I help athletes and active adults take their next step with a clearer plan.

Thorough assessment. We start with your story, your movement, and what you want to get back to. You'll have room to ask questions and talk honestly about what feels difficult.
Individualized treatment. I combine chiropractic care, soft tissue work, and rehab based on your exam and goals. We'll discuss your options and decide on a practical next step.
Progressive rehab. We build toward the demands of your sport or everyday life, adjusting your plan as you progress so each step has a clear purpose.
If any of this sounds like where you are, I'd like to hear about it.
